Ms. Pellenbarg served on the Board of Directors for A Brighter Community from 2006-2009, and has volunteered in assisting domestic violence victims with obtaining injunctions in Hillsborough County. Currently, she serves as the community services advisor at her children’s school, MacFarlane Park Elementary Magnet School, where she organizes community services activities for the school and documents and runs the “service passport” program in which students are acknowledged and rewarded for their community service on a quarterly basis.
Ms. Pellenbarg practices primarily in the area of appellate litigation, prosecuting and defending appeals in the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She also regularly assists trial counsel in formulating legal strategies, drafting substantive legal motions, and ensuring proper preservation of error for purposes of appeal.
Ms. Pellenbarg earned her B.A. in music and history from the University of Richmond where she attended on full scholarship. She earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Florida.
